Aisling Bea

Aisling is a well-known Irish comedian, who's been performing for a long time. Her birthplace was in Kildare Ireland, on 16th March 1984. Bea was on the show with Stephen Fry on QI. Aisling Claiodhnadh, also known as Aisling "Bea" is a popular Irish actor as well as a writer. She was born on March 16, 1984. Bea's acting career started in the year the year 2011 when she began her career as a comic after appearing in small part on Irish and British TV series starting in 2009. She was already regularly appearing on sketch comedy shows as well as sitcoms. After winning an award in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards she began to be booked regularly for numerous panel shows for which she is now a regular. She was a member of the 8 Out of 10 Cats team between 2016 and 2017 and is an ongoing contestant on its spinoff show, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. Born in the family of Brian O'Sullivan and his wife, she is the mother of one sibling named Sinead. She was only the second ever woman to win So You Think You're Funny. The surname of Bea is in honor of her late father. Aisling Cliodhnadh is the daughter of a Kildare born girl. Born on March 16th 1984. Bea's father Brian took his life at age three. He was an equine vet. Bea wasn't told the specifics of his passing away until she turned 13. In 2017, she wrote an essay for The Guardian about the suicide of her father's family. She also adopted her stage name Bea in remembrance of him. Bea and her younger sister Sinead were nurtured by their mother Helen (nee Moloney) who was a secondary school teacher jockey trainer and former professional jockey. They were both passionate about racing, horses and the racing industry. Bea spent her childhood as a Tour Guide at the Irish National Stud. From an early age, Bea knew that she did not want to pursue the racing industry. Instead, she was drawn to the performance arts.
